If you love In-N-Out Burger, you are about to have more places to grab your favorite Double-Double and Animal-Style fries. Here is why—the famous West Coast burger chain is opening five new locations soon across California, Colorado, and Tennessee.

According to the company’s official website, all five new restaurants are listed as “opening soon.” While In-N-Out has not shared the exact opening dates yet, the announcement has already created excitement among fans eager for new spots to enjoy the brand’s classic burgers and shakes.

Where the new In-N-Out locations are opening

Here are the addresses for the upcoming In-N-Out restaurants across the three states:

  • Sylmar, California: 13864 Foothill Blvd.
  • Longmont, Colorado: 255 Ken Pratt Blvd.
  • Antioch, Tennessee: 4130 William Turner Parkway
  • Lebanon, Tennessee: 915 South Hartmann Drive
  • Murfreesboro, Tennessee: 2508 Medical Center Parkway

These new openings mark another step in the company’s steady expansion beyond its California roots. For decades, In-N-Out was known mainly as a California staple, but in recent years it has stretched into other western states like Texas, Colorado, and Idaho, and plans are already in place to open in New Mexico by 2027.

In-N-Out’s growing presence in Tennessee

Tennessee is clearly a major focus for In-N-Out’s growth. The company is not just opening new restaurants there, it is also building a second headquarters in the state. The new Nashville-area office is set to open in 2026 thus creating hundreds of jobs and giving the company a stronger presence in the eastern part of the country.

Despite this move, In-N-Out has made it clear that California will remain its home base. In February, the company announced that many of its corporate employees will move from the current Irvine office to a new location in Baldwin Park, where the company first began in 1948. The transition is expected to be completed by the end of 2029.

Why the East Coast is still off the table

While In-N-Out continues to grow, do not expect to see a location on the East Coast anytime soon. CEO Lynsi Snyder explained why during an appearance on the “Relatable” podcast.

“We’re able to reach Tennessee from our Texas warehouse,” Snyder said. “We’ll have a warehouse, but not do our own meat there, so we’ll be able to deliver from Texas.”

When asked about possible East Coast openings, she added, “Florida has begged us, and we’re still saying no. The East Coast states, we’re still saying no.”

That means fans in places like New York or Florida may have to keep traveling west if they want to experience the fresh, made-to-order burgers that In-N-Out is known for.

In-N-Out’s roots remain strong in California

Although the brand has grown across the western and southern United States, California still holds the heart of the company. The majority of In-N-Out’s restaurants remain in the Golden State.

Snyder has previously spoken about her mixed feelings toward California, especially regarding how tough it can be to run a business there. But she has also made it clear that she is proud of where In-N-Out started.

“I’m very proud of where In-N-Out started,” Snyder said in a statement shared on her Instagram page. “Anyone who knows me knows how often I talk about our beginnings and how our customers here in California helped bring us to where we are today.”
