Hey, if you’re a fan of Selena Gomez—or just love trying new Oreo flavors—this is something you’ll want to know about. Starting June 9, Selena Gomez’s very own Oreo cookies are officially hitting shelves all over the United States. Yes, you read that right—Oreos inspired by Selena herself.
These Limited Edition Selena Gomez Oreo Cookies are a sweet nod to one of her favorite childhood flavors: horchata. Oreo says they’ve layered rich chocolate and cinnamon-flavored crème over a second layer that tastes like sweetened condensed milk, all sprinkled with cinnamon sugar bits and sandwiched between two chocolate cinnamon-flavored wafers. If that doesn’t sound like a hug in cookie form, I don’t know what does.
But it’s not just about the flavor. Selena got creative with the cookie’s design, too. She helped come up with six different embossments that appear on the cookies, including one that spells out “Selenators,” a shoutout to her loyal fans. And here’s something special: about one in every three packs includes a cookie stamped with Selena’s actual signature. It’s the first time Oreo has ever put a celebrity autograph on a cookie. Pretty cool, right?
Selena shared how meaningful this project was to her. In a statement, she said, “Making my own Oreo cookie was a lot of fun. I grew up loving them, so being able to be a part of the process was a full-circle moment. I wanted to find a way for it to feel comforting and have a bit of nostalgia from my childhood. The cinnamon flavor gives it this horchata feel, and I’m excited for my fans to try it.”
So, where can you get your hands on them? The cookies have been available for presale on Oreo’s website since June 2, but starting June 9, you’ll be able to find them at major retailers nationwide. Think grocery chains, big-box stores, and anywhere you typically buy your Oreos. Just remember, they’re only here for a limited time—and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
If you’re not in the U.S., don’t worry. The cookies will also launch in Canada and Brazil on June 9, and fans in Australia and New Zealand can find them starting June 17.
This partnership is more than just a flavor launch—it’s a full-on celebration of Selena’s roots, music, and fandom. As Michelle Deignan, Vice President of Oreo U.S., put it, “Tapping into Selena’s world—her cultural roots, her loyal fan base, her musical journey—propels the Oreo brand’s cultural relevance and playful personality to new heights.”
So if you’re ready for a snack that’s got heart, flavor, and a bit of Selena sparkle, now’s the time to look for that bright pink and cinnamon-brown pack. You might even find her signature waiting for you inside.
