This has led to certain ZIP codes in the United States experiencing an incredible increase in their home prices. Factors such as migration, economic changes, local development, and others have contributed significantly to these changes.

Zip codes affected by this increase

Some ZIP codes across the United States are affected by this increase. Some of the ZIP codes that have seen the most increases include 

Irvine, California (ZIP codes 92618 and 92620) 

Irvine stands out in this increase in home prices, with ZIP codes 92618 and 92620 leading in the increases. As of August 2024, ZIP code 92618 had an average home value of $ 1,622,752 with a projected increase of $32,456 (2%) by August 2025. 

This increase is attributed to the strong job market in Irvine, its excellent schools, and improved quality of life, as they make houses in Irvine desirable for home buyers. 

Knoxville, Tennessee (ZIP codes 37922 and 37920)

The Knoxville housing market has shown tremendous value growth. The ZIP code 37922 had a home value average of $611,505 in August 2024 and is expected to have an increase of $24,461 (4%) by August 2025. 

On the other hand, ZIP code 37920 is projected to see a 4.5% growth come August 2025. 

These increases are due to the affordability of Knoxville, improved quality of life, and the strong job market.  

North Tustin, California (ZIP code 92705)

North Tustin is expected to see an increase of $25,806 (1.7%) by August 2025, with the average home value at $1,517,950 as of August 2025. 

The appeal of this town lies in its proximity to urban areas, the suburban feel, and quality amenities.

This area had an average home value of $1,421,303 in 2024 and is projected to increase by $21,321 (1.5 %) by 2025. 

It has a family-friendly environment and proximity to beaches, which makes it attractive to home buyers.

ZIP code 92708 had an average home value of $1,315,727 in August 2024, with a projected increase of $21,053 (1.6%) by August 2025. 

The city’s central location, which is the Orange County, and its strong community services make it more appealing. 

Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey (ZIP code 08234)

ZIP code 08234 in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, is expected to see a 4.5% growth in average home prices through August 2025, leading to an increase of $17,225 on average in 2024, which was $382,765. 

The town is affordable and close to coastal attractions, and thus these features increase the desirability of houses in the area.
